Global ASC Group is the data controller for personal data collected through the Global ASC Solar AI platform. This notice explains what we collect, why, and your rights.

• Account details: name, work email, company name, login credentials.
• Business data you enter: clients, leads, quotes, projects, invoices and suppliers.
• Support messages you send us.
• Usage and technical data: device identifiers, IP address, and how you use the service.

We do not collect card details — membership payments are made by direct bank transfer (EFT) into Global ASC Group's account. We receive only the payment information on our bank statement (payer name, reference, amount) plus any payment notice you send us.

• To create and manage your account and provide the service (contract performance).
• For security and fraud prevention (legitimate interest).
• To improve the product and provide customer support (legitimate interest).
• To meet legal obligations, such as tax and accounting records (legal obligation).
• Marketing, only where you have consented or where the law allows.

• Service providers that host and operate the platform (hosting, analytics, support tooling).
• Our bank, solely to receive and reconcile membership payments.
• Professional advisers (legal, accounting) where needed.

We never sell your personal data.

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above and to meet legal requirements, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encryption in transit, access controls and row-level data separation between companies on the platform.

Depending on your country, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your personal data, to object to processing, to withdraw consent, and to complain to a supervisory authority. To exercise any of these rights, contact Global ASC Group via the support details on our website. We respond within one month.

We use essential cookies and storage needed to keep you signed in and run the service. We do not use advertising cookies. You can clear cookies in your browser settings, though sign-in will stop working without the essential ones.
