Terms & Conditions

These terms are between you and Global ASC Group ("we", "us", "the seller"), the provider of the Global ASC Solar AI platform ("the service"). By creating an account or continuing to use the service, you agree to these terms.

Global ASC Solar AI is a business platform for solar installers: lead and client management, quotations, contracts, invoicing, project tracking, supplier management and client portals, offered under your own branding.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for your business. You may not resell, redistribute, reverse engineer or circumvent technical limits of the service.

You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You confirm you have authority to bind the business you register.

You must not misuse the service, including:

• unlawful use, fraud or spam;
• infringing anyone's intellectual property;
• interfering with the service's security, including malware, probing or scraping;
• uploading content you have no right to use.

You are responsible for the content you enter into the platform and for how you use outputs such as estimates, quotes and AI-generated suggestions. Engineering and financial figures produced by the service are indicative estimates only and must be verified by a qualified professional before being relied upon.

We retain all ownership of the service and its intellectual property, including software, documentation and branding. Your own data and branding remain yours; you grant us a limited licence to host and process it solely to provide the service.

Membership is a once-off fee for lifetime access, after a free 30-day trial. Payment is made directly to Global ASC Group by bank transfer (EFT) into our Capitec Business account — see our payment details page. Your membership is activated once your payment reflects in our account; please use your company name as the payment reference so we can match it.

Because payment is a direct bank transfer, no card details are collected through this website. Refunds are handled by Global ASC Group and paid back via bank transfer — please see our Refund Policy.

We work hard to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. The service is provided "as is" and we disclaim all implied warranties (including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose) to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages (including loss of profits, data or goodwill). Our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law requires it.

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. When access ends, you may request an export of your data within 30 days, after which it may be deleted.

These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger or acquisition. We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
